What is a pet concierge?A pet concierge is a specialized, high-end pet care provider offering personalized, in-home services designed to reduce stress for pets and owners. We provide tailored care—such as specialized feeding, medication administration, and pet taxi services—serving as a premium alternative to traditional boarding by keeping pets in their comfortable home environment.
How much is the meet and greet?Our meet and greets are free! If you book a walk, the meet and greet is built into the appointment time. We can also book the meet and greet separately from the walk/sit.
Do I have to be present for a meet and greet? We prefer that pet parents are present for the meet and greet.
Do you do boarding?At this time, we only offer boarding for subscribers. This ensures we have an established relationship with the fur baby and parent.
We encourage pet parents to do sittings to ensure the fur baby is most comfortable. Fur babies love routine, and we want to ensure they're happy and healthy in their own environment.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes, we are bonded and insured to protect you and your pets in case of incidents.
What is a pet special events attendee?
We handle everything pet-related for your pet. Have a grooming appointment before a family photo shoot? We'll pick up your pet, transport them to and from the groomer, get them "dressed" for the occasion, and tend to them during the event. After the event, we'll transport your pet to a designated location, i.e., home or hotel.
What if my pet needs medical attention?
If a pet becomes ill, you will be contacted immediately. Your fur baby will be taken to your preferred vet, or to an emergency clinic, with emergency instructions pre-arranged.
What is the "meet & greet"?
A required initial consultation is used to meet your pet, understand their personality, and document care instructions, typically at least two days before service.
How do you handle house keys?
House keys provided by clients are secured in a safe until the day of service.
Do you offer pet transport?
Yes, we offer secure transportation for pets to and from vet appointments, groomers, or even airport pickup/drop off.
Does the subscription cover more than one pet?
Unfortunately not. The cost of a second pet is half the cost of the selected or customized subscription. Contact us to discuss.
Can you handle multiple or high-energy pets?
Yes, and we customize the care routine based on the specific, unique needs of each pet, including senior pets or nervous rescues.
Do you plan pet parties?
Yes! Don't hesitate to get in touch with us for a consultation. The cost of the consultation is $50 and is credited to you once you sign up for the service.
What are the benefits of subscribing?
No same-day booking fees, boarding option, and opportunities for walks after hours. For peace of mind, you can text us anytime to schedule your walks. 5% off on walks.
