Home access instructions, alarm codes, or lockbox information

will be kept strictly confidential and will never be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties except when required to provide services or in an emergency involving the client’s pet.

Communication regarding appointments, scheduling changes, or pet updates

Home Security

4 Paws Concierge understands that clients entrust us with access to their homes. Any keys, lockbox codes, or entry instructions are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized staff providing services.

Photos & Social Media

With client permission, photos or videos of pets may be used for updates, marketing, or social media. No identifying information, such as home addresses, security details, or personal client information, will ever be shared publicly.

Clients may opt out of photo or social media sharing at any time.

We take reasonable steps to protect client information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
