Terms and Conditions
1. Services Provided
4 Paws Concierge agrees to provide pet care services as requested by the client, including but not limited to dog walking, pet sitting, feeding, medication administration (if requested), and general pet companionship. Services will be performed professionally and compassionately.
2. Scheduling & Reservations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Clients are responsible for providing accurate service dates, times, and instructions.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the agreed service terms. Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account balance is paid.
5. Pet Health & Behavior
Clients must ensure their pets are vaccinated, healthy, and safe to handle. Any aggressive or dangerous behavior must be disclosed before services begin. 4 Paws Concierge reserves the right to refuse service if a pet poses a safety risk.
6. Veterinary Care & Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, 4 Paws Concierge will attempt to contact the client immediately. If the client cannot be reached, the pet will be transported to the designated veterinarian or the nearest available veterinary clinic. All veterinary expenses are the responsibility of the client.
7. Access to Home
Clients must provide safe and reliable access to their home (key, lockbox, door code, etc.). Clients must ensure that walkways and entrances are safe and accessible. If access cannot be gained, the visit may still be considered billable.
8. Inclement Weather
For safety reasons, services may be delayed, shortened, or modified during severe weather conditions. Walks may be converted to quick potty breaks or indoor care if necessary.
9. Property Damage
4 Paws Concierge will not be held responsible for damage caused by pets, including but not limited to chewing, scratching, accidents, or escape due to faulty fencing, doors, or gates.
10. Liability
While every effort will be made to provide safe and reliable care, 4 Paws Concierge cannot be held liable for illness, injury, loss, or death of a pet due to unforeseen circumstances.
11. Photos & Updates
Photos or videos of pets may be taken during services for updates or promotional use with client's permission.
12. Agreement
By scheduling services with 4 Paws Concierge, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
